What does it take to get a drink around here?

Apparently a misdemeanor drinking in public charge. At least for this guy, caught by a police officer at Cyril Magnen and Market waiting for the #27. Better than the photo is what happened after, when the guy folded up the ticket as if to put it in his pocket and then proceeded to rip it to pieces and toss it into the transit-way below. He watched as if he’d just freed a dove as the little white bits circled amongst the pigeons.
